After hearing of a purported miracle at a nearby ashram, Chand sets out to the Ayurveda medical institute to investigate a true miracle. Chand who is a devout Hindu, seeks to contact God to learn if what she has heard is true. After being refused entry at the entrance of the ashram, she asks a hospital guard for directions. Along the way, she meets a German nun, Sister Valerie, who gives her a pamphlet explaining the benefits of Ayurveda. After the ashram’s function, Chand takes it upon herself to investigate and watch it in secret. Chand is amazed by all the things that are available in the Ayurveda treatment room. She finds that Ayurveda has a way to reproduce a woman’s dream which guarantees a woman’s conception. Chand decides to use it, and it backfires. She then uses it again and is successful. Meanwhile, she is ill at ease with her co-worker, and she tells the Ayurveda doctor that she does not want to marry him. She is offered the chance to have the Ayurveda doctor’s sperm, and the doctor gives it to her. Chand finds that she is pregnant, and she is ecstatic, but she does not think that the child is meant for her. She goes to the German nun, Valerie, for advice. Valerie tells her that this has happened because she asked for the help of the divine. Later at the hospital, she returns to the Ayurveda doctor, but he ignores her. When she goes to the nun, Valerie has disappeared.
