any person who, during the period between july 1, 2002 and january 1, 2005, provides health insurance that is not medicare or medicaid or a group health plan or a policy of group health insurance that is not qualified under 8.1-334.1 shall be guilty of a class 6 felony if convicted under this subsection. any person who is a principal or agent of a person who commits a violation of this subsection shall be jointly and severally liable for a violation of this subsection, and shall be guilty of a class 6 felony if convicted under this subsection. any person who commits a violation of this subsection with the intent to defraud a health insurer shall be guilty of a class 6 felony if convicted under this subsection.
in order to encourage good citizenship and thus to deter or prevent unlawful conduct, it is declared to be unlawful for any person to drop, cause to be dropped, or throw or attempt to throw any rubbish, waste, trash, rubbish, solid waste or any other substance into the waters of this commonwealth, unless the person has obtained a permit from the department of health and human resources to so do under 8.1-334.23. permits may be granted for the disposal of rubbish, waste, rubbish, solid waste or other substances in the waters of this commonwealth only if they are accompanied by a valid schedule, permit or permit application in accordance with all applicable provisions of this chapter, and specifically, including, but not limited to, 8.23, 8.25 through 8.30, 8.33, 8.35, 8.36, 8.39 through 8.42, 8.43, 8.45 through 8.51 and 8.54 through 8.59, and any rules promulgated thereunder.

You agree to cooperate with Stripe and its representatives in the defense of any such claim by providing full and timely notice of your intention to rely on the indemnification provisions in this Agreement, and by otherwise assisting Stripe with your defense.
